 NDFEB PERMANENT
Sintered NdFeBmagnet is the rare - earth permanent
magnet material offering the highest energy density currently
available. In comparison with conventional magnet materials,
such as AINICo or hard ferrite magnet material. NdFeB magnets
exhibit a number of excellent magnetic properties. For example.
The energy density of NdFeB magnet is about ten fold those of
AINiCo and hard ferrite. The theoretical energy product of NdFeB
magnet is 64MGOe.
 The excellent magnetic properties of this material group can
be attributed to the strongly magnetic matrix phase Nd2Fel 4B
(tetragonal structure) featuring very high saturation magnetization
Bs(Bs=16KGs) and high magnetic anisotropy field HA（HA=73KOe）.
At present, the highest energy product of 54 MGOe has been obtained
in laboratory. The commercial HARD FERRITE MAGNET with energy
product of 38 MGOe is widely used up to date.
Applications of Sintered HA NdFeB Magnets
1) Electroacoustics: loudspeakers, headphones as well as microphones;
2) Motors and generators : stepping motors, servomotors and
DC machines;
3) Magnetic Separation;
4) Other Devices: MRI Equipment. Magnetic Couplings, Hard
Disk Drives, Measuring Instruments etc.
